I used Arches hot pressed paper for this painting. It’s very smooth and doesn’t allow for easy bleeds and washes the way cold pressed paper does. I might use it again. It works well for combing watercolor with pencil, colored pencil, ink, pastel, etc. Also, this is my 1,000 post!
